Beans is one major food you can find in Africa, United States, Canada Australia or any country in
world. Yoruba's call it ewa, while the Ibo's call it Agwa. Here in Nigeria most men cannot do without eating beans, at least once a
week to ensure they balance their diet.
In line with advice from nutrition
experts, most Nigerian mothers are advised to give their children a proteinous
foods and beans is one of them. Growing kids need nutritious food to help them grow

Ingredients
Beans, Water, Salt, Cube,
Red Oil, Pepper, one medium size ball of Onion, Crayfish.
Direction
- Measure 2 cups of beans (I prefer the brown beans)
- Pick out the dirt’s and stones
- Wash the beans with clean water and put it in a pot
- Put the pot with bean on fire
- Leave the beans to boil until the beans becomes “very” soft
Add salt to taste and leave
it on fire for 5 minutes
Add your knorr, maggi cube
or sauce of your choice, leave it on fire for two minutes and remove the put
from the fire.
Wash and chop your onion,
blend your pepper and crayfish
Put a good quantity of red
oil in a clean pot or frying pan and put the pot on fire to get hot
Add your onion, pepper and
crayfish into the hot oil and allow ingredients to fry for about 5 minutes
Then pour the fried
ingredients into pot of beans and put the pot of beans back on fire
Allow the beans to boil for about 15 minutes and stir it to avoid burning
