Ingredients and Steps to Prepare Coconut Rice
4 Cups of rice
2 whole coconuts
A ball of nutmeg
Maggi chicken stock cubes
2 tablespoon full Vegetable oil
Green Beans
Green pepper
Onion
Fresh Pepper
Salt to taste and Water
How to How to Cook Rice with Coconut Milk
- Per boil the rice
- Wash and slice onion, green beans and pepper
- Break the coconuts remove the shell wash and shred it with a grater
- After grating pour some water in the grated coconut and allow to boil for about 15 minutes to produce coconut milk required for us to prepare the coconut rice
- After 15 minutes bring the pot down and sieve
- After sieving throw away the chaff
- Gently grate the nutmeg
- Put the coconut water in a pot and put the pot on fire to heat to boiling point
- Add the per boiled rice, salt, chicken stock and nutmeg, green beans, green pepper
- Add that little vegetable oil and stir very well
- Put back the pot on fire on a low heat
- When the water dry bring the pot down and serve with grilled or fried chicken
