Ingredients Needed for Shrimp and Rice Recipe
- 3 cups of rice
- 300g of Fresh Shrimps
- Vegetable oil (groundnut oil)
- 5 Fresh Peppers
- 1 large ball of onion
- 1 egg
- 1 Teaspoon full of curry
- 1 teaspoon full of Thyme
- Garlic
- Carrot
- Green beans or peas
- Knorr cubes
- Salt to taste
- Water
Prepare the Ingredients For Garlic Shrimp Rice
- Wash and per boil the rice
- Wash the shrimps
- Wash and slice the tomatoes
- Wash and chop the onion and pepper
- Wash and cut the carrot, garlic and green beans into bits
- Break and toss the egg in to a plate

Direction on How to Make Shrimp and Rice
- When you are done with parboiling the rice
- Pour the rice into a sieve and drain the water
- Put your vegetable oil in a pot and put it on fire to heat
- Pour some of the chopped onion and garlic and fry for a minute
- Add the shrimp and fry till it turns pink,
- Remove the shrimp from the pan and set it aside
- Add a little oil in the pan, beat the egg a bit and pour it into the pan to make a little scrambled egg
- When you are done, remove the egg and set it aside
- Pour put a spoon of oil in a pot add your onion fry for a minute
- Add tomatoes and pepper to fry for 4 minutes
- Add the shrimps into the pot with tomatoes and fry
- Add curry, thyme, knoor stock cubes and salt
- Pour the per boiled rice into a pot
- Pour the entire fried ingredient into the pot with rice
- Add some water or stuck and stir to mix ingredients very well
- Put the pot back on fire and reduce the heat
- Allow it cook until the rice becomes tender and the water in the rice dry
- Bring down the pot and serve while it’s still hot.
